GO OUTSIDE!! Warrior Writers in the woods! We're encouraging you to spend some time outdoors, maybe post a picture on social media #WarriorWriters or #WarriorWritersinthewoods
Sunday, May 24:
2-3pm EST - Grief Matters with Debbie Mattison and Lovella Calica
3-4pm EST – Snack Break (like coffee hour, time to connect, west coast conscious!)
8:30-9:45pm EST – Wellness: TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) with Lovella –

Monday, May 25 – Memorial Day
2pm – Kickoff w/ Eddie Falcon, AF veteran. The event will start with an opening ceremony in the indigenous Aztec/Mayan/Mexica culture that will honor our ancestors, the energies of the Four Directions, the sky and the celestial bodies, and Mother Earth.
2:30-3:30pm - Yoga with Staisha Grosch
2:30-3pm - Meditation w/ Stacey Engels
3:30-5:30pm - Writing workshop for vets/active duty service members
4-4:30pm - Meditation/Energy Movement w/ Stacey Chambers
5-7pm - Acupressure w/ Sarah Lefkowich (drop in)
5-7pm - Remote Reiki w/ Stacey Engels (individual sessions)
7-9pm - Writing workshop for vets/active duty service members
